Pre-planning
You are the best person to plan your funeral. You know exactly what you want, and don't want. You can review all your options and make final decisions based on personal choice. It is important to remove the burden of making these decisions from your family members. They will appreciate the time you spend with one of our caring funeral directors; carefully and thoughtfully stating your wishes. You may be as specific as you like, even including favorite scripture readings, musical selections, memorial folders and many other possibilities.

There is no cost to you to discuss your prearranged funeral arrangements, and the peace of mind you will receive is well worth your efforts.

Pre-financing
Pre-financing your funeral is an option. Many people choose to pre-finance their funeral because it gives them peace of mind and relieves the burden from a family member at a later time. Your payment is based on today's cost, not future inflation expenses. There are two easy ways to pre-finance your funeral:

• Insurance - A specially designed insurance policy that provides benefits to cover funeral expenses. Your payment can be either in a lump sum or installments over a period of time.
• Trust - You can deposit money, through our funeral home, into a trust at a local financial institution. It is invested and draws interest, which is added to the principal. Your funeral expenses will be paid from this fund.

Transferring Pre-arrangements
You can choose to transfer your pre-arrangements from another funeral home to ours. We believe that through a thorough and professional process, you will make a comfortable decision to have Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home provide your funeral service.
