Dear Ginny, I always wanted to tell Bob that I thought he was the brightess and most honest politician I ever met.His knowledge and understanding of county government was unparalled. But aside from politics, I just enjoyed the all to few times when we would meet and talk. Dollie and I send our sympathy to you and your family - ron

Aunt Betty is now with Jesus. In a much better place than we can ever imagine. She has a new body that will never die. No more pain, no more sorrow and no more tears.

Scott and JerryAnn, you have been a wonderful example to all of us in how you cared for your mother right to the very end. May God comfort you at this difficult time.

"No eye has seen,
no ear has heard,
no mind has conceived
what God has prepared for those who
 love Him"
I Cor. 2:9 (NIV)

Mrs. Packard was my Math teacher in 7th and 8th grade and one of my favorite teachers at Christian School of York! She was so much fun and made learning enjoyable. Our Math classes were filled with a lot of laughter. She loved us all and believed in us. She always encouraged me. I look forward to seeing her again, one day, in Heaven.
My prayers for comfort and peace are with you all!

Mrs. Packard was one of my favorite teachers at Christian School of York. She had a wonderful wit and all the students were engaged. As I now teach a college course at George Mason University I often think back to how she got all the students so engaged in her classes for guidance.

Dr. Packard, as one of your former students, I was excited to teach with Evelyn at CSY. You were both known to be challenging and fair. Students knew she cared about them as well as her subject. I'm praying for God's grace to sustain you in the days ahead.

So sorry to hear of Evelyn's passing. We know it will be hard for you, however we are also rejoicing that she is in Jesus' presence having the time of her life, waiting for the rest of us to join her. We are praying for you. We have a friend who served for years at Rethy academy in Kenya with AIM. Take care.
